Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and GullStack LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") regarding your use of the Love Rescue application and website (collectively, the "Service").

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Description of Service

Love Rescue is a relationship improvement platform that provides:

• Personalized relationship assessments and insights
• Daily check-ins and progress tracking
• Expert-curated content and action plans
• Tools for self-improvement in relationships

Love Rescue is not a substitute for professional therapy, counseling, or medical advice. Our Service provides educational content and self-help tools. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, domestic violence, or other emergencies, please contact appropriate professional services or emergency responders immediately.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using Love Rescue, you represent and warrant that you:

• Are at least 18 years of age
• Have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms
• Are not prohibited from using the Service under applicable law
• Will provide accurate and complete information

Account Registration

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain the security of your password and account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion.

Subscriptions and Payments

Free Trial

We may offer a free trial period. At the end of your trial, your subscription will automatically begin unless you cancel before the trial ends.

Billing

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, depending on your plan). You authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access until then. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.

Price Changes

We reserve the right to modify subscription prices. Price changes will be communicated in advance and will apply to the next billing cycle after notice.

Refunds

All purchases are final. Refunds may be granted at our sole discretion for exceptional circumstances. Contact support@loverescue.app for assistance.

User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Harass, abuse, or harm another person
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Upload viruses, malware, or other harmful code
• Scrape, mine, or collect data without permission
• Use automated systems to access the Service
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

Intellectual Property

The Service and its contents, including but not limited to text, graphics, images, logos, software, and assessments, are owned by GullStack LLC and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Service without our written permission.

By submitting content to the Service (e.g., feedback, suggestions), you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, modify, and display such content for improving the Service.

Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using Love Rescue, you consent to our collection and use of information as described in the Privacy Policy.

Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

We do not warrant that:

• The Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
• Results from using the Service will be accurate or reliable
• The Service will meet your expectations or requirements
• Any defects will be corrected

Love Rescue does not guarantee any specific outcomes in your relationship. Results vary based on individual circumstances, effort, and many other factors.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GULLSTACK LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Loss of profits, data, or goodwill
• Service interruption or system failure
• Personal injury or emotional distress
• Any other damages arising from your use of the Service

Our total liability for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless GullStack LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising from:

• Your use of the Service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights
• Any content you submit to the Service

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination:

• Your right to use the Service immediately ceases
• We may delete your account and data
• Provisions that should survive termination will remain in effect

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using account settings.

Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Boise, Idaho, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You waive any right to participate in class actions.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and GullStack LLC regarding the Service and supersede any prior agreements.
